Alongside her corporate career, Keerthi spent several years
mentoring and guiding students in career decisions. Through
these interactions, she noticed a recurring challenge: students
often have ability and ambition but lack clarity about the right
direction.
This realization inspired her transition toward career
counselling and talent development. Today, as the Director of
ShowTalent, she combines her corporate experience with a passion
for helping individuals discover their strengths and build
